State police are investigating the death of an Arkansas prisoner that appears to be a suicide.

The Arkansas Department of Correction and state police are investigating the death of an inmate that appears to be a suicide. The 31 year old Independence county man was found in his cell around 2:00 A. M. Friday February 26, 2016 at the Ouachita River Unit. Arkansas Online Democrat Gazette
