A wife tells her story about the struggle to stay in touch with her husband.
I feel TDCJ are not being helpful in helping me hold my marriage together.
I live in England, UK and it is expensive to visit my husband except maybe once or twice a year so we depend on mail which does not run very regular from his unit.
TDCJ as you may or may not know do not allow overseas calls, I have looked into this and it wont cause TDCJ any money to permit him to call as it would come from his commissary account which I fund.
I have asked Sen Whitmire why they can't call but I am met with a resounding wall of silence, maybe your organisation can investigate this for me and in time let me know WHY??
Just because we live overseas does not mean we don't need phone justice
