Join the Jobs Not Jails coalition as we take the Statehouse by storm to push to raise the felony larceny threshold. Massachusetts has the 3rd lowest felony threshold. That must change for #cjreform to happen.

We will be focusing our efforts on moving S.2176 to a House vote. It passed the Senate 40-0, and now it's time for the House to take action. Be a part of the movement to call for criminal justice reforms! We will prep you with talking points before you go to your state Rep's office. Brush up on the details of this bill with the document in this post. 

These days many smart phones cost more than $250. This law has been on the books since the 1980s, and it's time for the law to account for inflation.
